Katie & Ryne's wedding was my first visit to the Lewis Family Farm, and it could not have been a better introduction. A crisp fall day greeted us which was perfect for a couple that wanted nothing else but to be wrapped up in each other’s arms. Katie and Ryne are some of the sweetest people and I feel honored that they let me be part of their special day.
I made my way down to New River Gorge West Virginia to meet Lauren and Zach for their engagement photos on a perfect summer day. I already spent some time with these two at Caliente in Pittsburgh and knew that it was going to be an amazing shoot. They were invested into making it kick butt and kick butt it certainly was. We started at their house with coffee and banjo playing and then had a lovely walk in the park with a tandem bicycle and ice cream. That right there would have been plenty. But as two people into taking this shoot to the next level they had one more place to go: A cliff in Fayetteville overlooking New River Gorge. We made the best out of the last light of the day and then had sandwiches, cold coffee, and a beer together before I left. Their genuine love for each other shined during the shoot and I can’t wait to be part of their wedding day. Check out these two wonderful people below!
