Caroline and Austin held their ceremony inside the PPG Wintergarden, one of my favorite downtown Pittsburgh wedding spaces thanks to all that natural light. Outside, November brought plenty of wind, so instead of fighting it, we leaned into it. The wind caught Caroline’s dress and hair and gave their portraits a windswept, slightly dramatic feel that fit the day perfectly. Sometimes the weather you didn’t plan for ends up giving you something better than what you had in mind.
