Shannon and Luke’s October wedding at Phipps Botanic Garden landed right when Pittsburgh’s fall colors were showing off. The trees around Phipps were glowing orange, and as the sun started getting lower, we headed up the hill and chased the last of the light for portraits. We kept shooting as it faded, letting the warm fall light and changing leaves do most of the work. It was one of those evenings where being willing to walk a little farther and stay out a little longer absolutely paid off.
